Canadian indie is a national asset. We treat it like one.
Peter E.
Peter E. is the founder of Prime6 Records. He spent the first decade of his career at major labels in New York and Los Angeles, the second decade as an independent A&R and executive producer across Toronto, Lagos, and London. In 2024 he came home to Toronto to build what he wishes had existed for the artists he grew up with.
He is a RIAA-certified executive producer and a member of the Canadian Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences. Outside of music, he teaches an annual masterclass on artist development at OCAD University.
