Submissions
When you submit music or other material via our forms, you warrant that (a) you own or control all rights in the material, (b) the submission does not infringe third-party rights, and (c) Prime6 may review the material for evaluation purposes without obligation. Submitting does not create an agreement or relationship between us.
Prohibited use
You may not use the Site to (a) infringe others' rights, (b) attempt unauthorized access, (c) send unsolicited commercial content, or (d) interfere with normal operation.
Disclaimer
The Site is provided "as-is." To the extent permitted by law, Prime6 disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Our liability is limited to CAD $100 or the amount you've paid us in the prior 12 months, whichever is greater.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes must be brought in courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
