Thandi moved from Jo’burg to Toronto on a dance scholarship in 2019. She started producing between rehearsals. Her first EP, LOG DRUM DIARIES, moved quietly through the city’s afterhours circuit until it didn’t — a Boiler Room booking in 2024 pushed her to the center of the Toronto/African diaspora dance conversation.
